Here's a video to help you to get started on your health journey of working out and eating healthier.


If you don't feel like the video information was for you. Then it is best to start exercising to see what is challenging, and what is easy so that you can create your own schedule of what to do on a daily basis. Also it's good to do some breathing exercises before trying out different tasks. Another tip is to start off slow, do 10 jumping jacks once you get home, do some mountain climbers, however many you can handle start off doing those with whatever workout that you are trying out.

Another picture with some exercises that you can do at home, if the gym isn't you style there are always things to try at home. For instance, push-ups, squats, plank, mountain climbers, or even sit ups. Practice these whenever you can at home, at you'll be able to do more challenging work outs at the gym, with different equipment.

Now, if the gym is where you feel more comfortable, they have more equipment and workouts then you can do at home.
