Blog #3
This post is going to be about eating healthier. Also, just because you work out it doesn't always help with staying healthy that's why it's important to change your diet to something a little healthier, or to make sure that you are eating more vegetables instead eating a bag of chips.
To start off you need to drink less
sugary drinks and not skip any meals. It's important to make sure that you are
eating meals that do not have a lot of salt on it. Another tip is to reduce the
size of your meals, and if possible, you should make your meal with vegetables
rather than eating an unhealthy alternative like chips with your meal.
Make sure to eat breakfast, even if you don't have enough time to do so, you should try eating a fruit or a granola bar to start you off on the day. Small things that you can eat that will give you enough energy to start the day.
To keep up with exercise and your health eating take about an hour or two each day to do some of the workouts I recommended earlier in the blog. Try different amounts of repetitions to see what you can and cannot handle so that you are overwhelming your body.
"Healthy eating involves taking control of how much and what types of food you eat, as well as the beverages you drink. Try to replace foods high in sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat protein foods, and fat-free or low-fat dairy foods."

Thanks for staying tuned, I hope you can take time out of your life to make sure that you are eating healthier and exercising on a regular basis to keep yourself healthy and living as long as you can!
