About Me and this Blog

Hello, my name is Dearia Spicer, and I am 14. And what this blog is going to be about is, exercise and people eating healthy. Mostly there will be tips on how to eat healthier, and what exercises are most helpful to people that are my age, and what schedules to have while doing different exercises each week and day. 
This is important for all teens to be responsible about their health and what they decide to eat on a daily basis, because of that reason I found that it was important to do a blog that informs teens about healthy foods and exercises that can help with our health.
So I hope by you reading this you will decide to better yourself, and the things that you put into your body on a daily basis, because it is very important.
